POWER PLANT MAINTENANCE

Since its inception, EPTIC always intends to improve itself as leading global provider of operation and maintenance (O&M) services for independent power producer clients.

By means of our knowledge and experienced team members, we intend to increase our O&M service quality for our clients about their uninterrupted, reliable, sustainable, available, clean and low-cost energy requirements.

O&M services include power plant maintenance, power plant operation, consultancy, performance improvement, operations readiness, cost reduction, commissioning, and project design whilst independently the size of power plant installed capacity and turbo-machine type and brand.

EPTIC Operation Maintenance Services for all IPP (Independent Power Producer) equipped with marine engine, steam turbine, gas turbine, dual fuel turbine, recovery generator etc. are listed as follow

Maintenance Service Includes

• Depend on client request, preparing daily, weekly, monthly and yearly preventive and predictive maintenance plans and execute for related power plants.
• Minimizing troubleshooting, unplanned maintenance, break down maintenance, cost of spare part whilst increasing power generation and availability.
• Avoiding the possible permanent damage to human life, environment, main and auxiliary equipments.

Independent of the brand and model, performing maintenance with considering OH (Operation Hours) of Marine Engine including rocker arm box, cylinder head, piston, connection rod, bearings, crank shaft, lubrication system, coupling, instruments control, necessary maintenance works, visual inspection etc.

Independent of the brand and model, performing maintenance with considering EOH (Equivalent Operating Hours) of Low-Pressure, Middle-Pressure and High-Pressure Steam Turbines including generally the rotor, bearings, blades, inner case, valves, filters, lubrication system, coupling, instruments control, borescope inspection, necessary welding processes, sealing tests, NDTs, necessary lead tests, crack test, visual inspection, sandblasting etc.

Independent of the brand and model, performing maintenance with considering EOH (Equivalent Operating Hours) and FFH (Factored Firing Hours) of Gas and Dual Fuel Turbines including generally the rotor, bearings, blades, combustion chamber, fuel nozzles, diffuser, compressor, lubrication system, coupling, instruments control, borescope inspection, HGP (Hot Gas Path) inspection, NDTs, crack test, visual inspection, sandblasting etc.

Independent of the brand and model, performing maintenance with considering OH (Operating Hours) and RCA (Rout Cause Analysis) of Hydro Turbine including rotor, runner, inner case, dam cover, filters, lubrication system, coupling, instruments control, borescope inspection, necessary welding processes, sealing tests necessary maintenance works, visual inspection etc.

Independent of the brand and model, performing maintenance with considering OH (Operating Hours) and       PP (Performance Parameters) of Boiler including RH (Re-Heat) exchanger, SH (Super Heater), combustion chamber, gas diffusion zones and layers, refractory, air heaters, drum, feedwater pumps, safety valves, drain valves, shut-off valves, necessary welding processes, NDTs, visual inspection etc.

Independent of the brand and model, performing maintenance with considering EOH (Equivalent Operating Hours) of Generators equipped with hydrogen cooling or air-cooling systems including generally the rotor, exciter, sealing, stator, insulation, winding, coupling, bearing, cooler, NDTs, static tests, dynamic tests, necessary other tests, visual inspection etc.
